training leaderProgram Overview

This intensive and dynamic three-day self-leadership program has been designed specifically for Training practitioners and gives you positive strategies for how you can transform your training approach and behaviour to influence others and maximise learning outcomes. Unlike other trainer development programs, The Training Leader provides you with a deep understanding of what drives human behaviour and in particular how to maintain authenticity and engage deeply with your audience.

Designed by Julie Verner Mackay, founder and director of VM Learning, and facilitated by Taya Seilder, a highly experienced learning and development consultant, this program is limited to 14 placements to ensure the perfect environment for high-impact learning. Holistic in nature, you will become more aware of the triggers that inhibit your potential to deliver training as you know you can. You will develop effective communication and facilitation skills in a rich multi-dimensional approach. To ensure maximum effectiveness, the program also includes sharing many hands-on techniques for training, coaching, and positively influencing participants.

The program takes you beyond theory and concepts of trainer effectiveness and provides an interactive forum for developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and the personal power to lead more effectively in your training role.

Who Should Attend?

Put simply, this program is for anyone wanting to enhance their performance as a trainer through the delivery of training that is exciting, relevant and engages people’s hearts and minds. The program will challenge and extend both new and experienced trainers. Whether you are a recent graduate of the Cert.
