This dynamic self-leadership program gives you positive strategies for how you can change your responses and behaviour to influence others and achieve the best possible outcomes for interactions with others. Our two-day Choices program provides you with a deep understanding of what drives human behaviour, how to assess difficult situations, the thinking processes involved and then, how to choose your most effective response or action. It takes you beyond theory and concepts of interpersonal communication and provides an interactive forum for developing greater self-awareness, confidence, and the personal power to communicate more effectively and take positive action.
